The class will be held in a studio dimly lit with salt lamps and colored lights, creating a serene and calming atmosphere. The room will be equipped with and props, such as blocks, straps and blankets, for your comfort and support. The dim lighting also helps to shift your focus inward, allowing you to be more present in the moment and to be more mindful. The class will last for 60 minutes, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the yoga and live music experience.
After the class, you will have the opportunity to relax and unwind with your friends and community in the class. This is the perfect opportunity to connect with other like-minded individuals and to share your experience of the class.
